Policies & Procedures
New policy and procedures are in place to ensure the safety and wellbeing of all our clients and staff members. We continue to follow all updated information and directions from the NSW Department of Health and World Health Organization (WHO)
All Treatments will be performed under these new guidelines.
* Not coming in if you or your household feels unwell, even if your symptoms are mild. We will be happy to rebook you once you are well.
* Not coming in if you have been in contact with anyone who has tested positive to COVID, please wait until you have been tested and cleared.
* Please show your proof of vaccination.
* Wear a face mask throughout your salon visit, for your safety & safety f our staff.
* Hand sanitizer is provided to all guests entering the salon.
* Observe social distancing.
* Letting us know if you can’t make your appointment with at least 24Hrs Notice.
* Do not bring others with you to your appointment, this includes children. Unfortunately, they will need to wait outside. This will help us obey our social distancing regulations and client number limits.
*Be on time to your appointment. We have strict hygiene rules and require all the time to perform the service, check you out and disinfect before the next client.

All staff is has been vaccinated.
All our towels and supplies are washed after each use on 90deg hot cycle and with hospital grade disinfectants. (this is standard practice)
Health Screening each and every booking for possible likely infection risk.
Door Knobs and Light switches, EFTPOS machines iPads, are disinfected before and after EVERY treatment.
