Prior to appointment

Please note a pre-pay non-refundable $50 booking charge is required to secure your appointment which will be deducted from treatment on the day.

Please try and avoid wearing makeup if possible, prior to attending your appointment. Your treatment will be shortened as extra time for cleansing will be involved.

Clients that are having body treatments must have a shower at least one hour prior to the appointment. If you are having IPL/laser treatments, please also shower and shave the areas that will be treated.

Appointment and Change of Circumstance Policy

Clients will be required to complete a consent form 15 minutes prior to their first appointment, if you are late, we may not be able to provide you with your full treatment. The consultation is needed to talk about any concerns, goals, and your medical history, which must be disclosed.

Clients must advise of any changes to their circumstances, personal details or medical history to our staff prior to any appointment. It is the client’s responsibility to disclose all medical issues to BT Salon.

BT Salon cannot be held liable for any unknown or undisclosed medical issues. No clinical procedure is entirely risk-free, and results vary from person to person, we are not liable for any complications as a result from your treatments.

BT Salon therapists have the right to refuse treatment of any client in circumstances where the therapist deems the treatment to be unsuitable. Be aware you will be charged 50% of the cost of your treatment price.


Payments will be charged in full if you choose to cancel your appointment for any reason. A minimum of 48 hours’ notice for any cancellation is needed. If 48 hours’ notice has not been given, you will be charged full cost of your treatment fee. Emergency circumstances can be considered.

If you cancel a pre-paid appointment within 48 hours, or do not attend the appointment, the treatment will be forfeited – you agree to these terms by purchasing pre-paid treatments.

No Show Appointments

If no communication has been made in relation to cancelling the appointment – full service fee will be charged. The deposit as a cancellation fee and a new deposit will be required before your next appointment. You will be sent an invoice for this payment if you do not have a deposit on the account. This will need to be paid before any future appointments can be made.

Late Arrivals

Late arrivals will shorten treatment time, if you are late, we may not be able to provide you with your full treatment. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will be forfeited and will be charged for the full service.

Treatments & Gift Certificates

Results from treatments may take 12 weeks to appear, and they will vary from client to client. If you are not happy with your results or experience adverse reactions, you agree to provide us with any information requested so we can assess your concerns, this may include photographs. If you refuse, it will impact our ability to assist you.

All prepaid treatments have a 12-month expiry date. Once payment is taken there is no transferring to other individuals.

Promotions, Sales & Packages

• Promotions apply only to full priced treatments and cannot be used in conjunction with any other special offer.
• Promotions are not refundable or transferrable between clients.
• Treatment packages are not able to be altered and not able to be split between clients.
• Promotional pricing will only apply to new bookings made and paid for during the promotion period. Promotional pricing will not apply to bookings already made.
• Promotions are for a limited time and are subject to availability. BT Salon may end a promotion at any time without prior notice.

Social Media Consent

Upon arrival you will be asked if you consent to BT Salon using your image for promotional and social media use, you grant BT Salon and its designees the right in perpetuity to use your name, likeness, image, voice, appearance, and performance as embodied in the product whether recorded on or transferred to video files, photographs, audio tapes, or other media.

Equipment Safety

Your safety is important to us!
If at any time our equipment needs a routine service, or if we have concerns regarding the performance, we will get in contact with you to reschedule your appointment – thus ensuring a professional service.

Refunds & Limitation of Liability

BT Salon does not provide refunds for products or services if you change your mind. Refunds will be provided where required under the Australian Consumer Law, in which there is a major problem with the product or service.

As individuals differ in their response to treatment – outcomes may vary, no guarantee can be given.

Treatment fees cannot be refunded if client is unsatisfied with results (Including no results or complications). All fees that are paid are related to the service provided, i.e., time, expertise, product cost, staff wages and other running costs.

BT Salon will not be liable in contract, or otherwise held responsible for any economical loss or consequential damage arising out of, or in connection with any service provided.

BT Salon is not liable for any damage that occurs due to the clients failure to disclose any relevant medical details prior to each treatment.

Changes to Service Policy

BT Salon reserves the right to change these terms and conditions without notice.
